WMS supports nearest match on time dimension.
This can be customized on the Layer’s configuration through the “Nearest Match” flag.

WCS2.0 automatically does nearest match on time dimension since initial implementation.
We would like to make this customizable by exposing a flag on the GUI so that we can keep it disabled on WCS or have it aligned to WMS setting.
