IBM publishes their jdbc driver for Db2 on Maven central under a license which allows redistribution: https://www-03.ibm.com/software/sla/sladb.nsf/lilookup/179A6D1769B0A44D8525862400329FB8?OpenDocument according to the documentation drivers are backwards compatible, so having the most recent version should wordk with older databases. having the driver in the zip distribution of the extension makes it easier to deploy |
