Hi all,
Looking through pull requests it seems a common occurrence is that someone issues a pull request, gets some feedback on it, and needs to modify it. But rather than re-using the existing pull request a new one is created.
I am sure everyone knows its easy to update an existing pull request when simply adding more commits to it. But some folks may not how that it is possible to completely change the contents of the existing pull request, for instance when you do a rebase or rewriting of commits in the change.
