[Geoserver-devel] Open Source ArcSDE

Hi! What's the status with Open Source ArcSDE? Could I help in any way with that? I'm doing a coursework on open source in the university and have used Geoserver before. Thanks, Anna

Hi Anna,

what exactly do you mean by "Open Source ArcSDE"?
Do you mean the GeoTools ArcSDE plugin and the GeoServer extension
that uses it? because afaik there's no such a thing as an Open Source
ArcSDE?
Or do you rather mean this old write up from Chris Holmes

btw, whatever you refer to, I'm sure we'll be glad to get some help.
All and every help is appreciated on these projects. It just wasn't
clear to me what your interests are.

Cheers,

Hi, thanks for the reply!

Yes, I referred to the draft by Holmes, I know it's old. Anything more
current I could join in?
