[Geoserver-devel] Proposing Davide Savazzi for commit rights

Hi,
I’d like to propose Davide Savazzi for commit rights on GeoServer.

Davide has been making pull requests as of late on both GeoTools and GeoServer,
while he’s still ramping-up on all the requirements to work in the code base,
the code is generally of good quality and includes tests.

Maybe not everybody remembers, but Davide also participated to a Google Summer
of Code for the uDig project, where he implemented bindings for Neo4j:
http://udig.refractions.net:8080/confluence/display/UDIG/Neo4j+Spatial+Support

Davide is going to work along with yours truly on the development of the
WCS 2.0 module, and of course things would be easier if he had commit
access to the repo, so that we can directly work in community land on trunk.

Cheers
Andrea

+1 as well, indeed the quality of the patches has been excellent from what i have seen.

@Andrea: You should be able to add Davide to the GeoTools/GeoServer github teams if you haven’t already. Let me know if you want help with that.

@Davide: I am sure you are already aware of project policies with regard to committing and code review but here they are again just in case.
