What I would like to do is specify a reflector like
http://GEOSERVER_URL/wms/kml?layers=<layer>&description_ftl=<myftl>
myftl would default to description.ftl.
Motivation - we want to be able to have different ftl (and particularly
different attributes available) depending on whether a user is internal,
external, logged on, etc. The client application can worry about the
security - just needs to generate the appropriate reflector. With the
proposed ftl REST syntax, this looks a lot more useful.
