[Geoserver-devel] Viewing Geosever GWC tiled service in Esri's ArcMap

Hello forum

My question is simple. Is it possible to view a tiled wms service served by
Geoserver 2.2/ GWC in ArcMap 10?
I
've mounted the tiled wms service with geoserver and I have no problems to
display it using openlayers, but when I try to view it with ArcMap I get
"[geowebcache.GeoWebCacheDispatcher] - The requested tile dimensions 282x304
do not match those of the grid set (256x256)" errors

Thank you in advance

Toni

I do not have ArcMap so can't tell. But does it support WMS-C? and if
so, have you configured the layer to be WMS-C? it looks like it is
requesting an image of inappropriate dimensions so I gut feeling is it
either doesn't support WMS-C but just WMS, or the layer hasn't been
configured as a tiled one. somehow.

Cheers,
Gabriel
