[Geoserver-devel] wiki download pages

I like Simone’s download table and suggest we use a similar format for our download page.

Reminder to make sure you create new download pages as children of Downloads.

We use this structure to keep our list up to date:

http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/All+Releases

The last several releases have been created as children of the welcome page (and are thus not showing up).

I fixed a couple. This page is now mislabelled as maintenance are also children of Stable. Should we make all download pages children of Download, and have Stable and Maintenance just places where we include the latest of these (like git refs!).
