Geoserver community:
I did some googling and did not find anything so I thought
I would ask the community.
I am doing some stuff with mongodb and want to be able to
geospatially display the contents of some collections.
Has anyone played around at all with hooking MongoDB into
Geoserver.

Not that I know of, you should probably ask on the GeoTools devel list
to see if any one has/is implementing a MongoDB datastore which would
be the first step. If not it probably wouldn't be too hard to do (as
for doing it well...) but there are plenty of people who could give
you pointers and help over there.

Hi David,
Not that I know of, but a data store backed by a key value store database is something that has been a topic of R&D discussion in the past.
I would be interested to hear more about how you are using mongo for spatial stuff. ANd perhaps how that could fit into a geotools data store.
