the quick answer is no.
The more elaborate answer is, we (geosoluions) have been working since
a couple of years with ITT-VIS to bundle together GeoServer with their
own JPIP server so that we can serve data via WCS, JPIP as well as
WMS. Notice that the JPIP server is proprietary software, the name of
the software is IAS.
