Hello,
I have done some tinkering trying to get a wms server set up to serve a huge
set of aerial photographs I was given by my city GIS department. However I
am way out of my depth. Is there someplace I could talk to someone about
freelancing a project like setting up a wms server? I would use elance or
something like that but this seems to require a very specific set of skills
that I probably wouldn't find on elance.
