[Geoserver-users] ImagePyramid plugin and interpolation method

Hi

I'm not able to set a layer specific interpolation method (the one in the publishing tab of the layer) when using the image pyramid plugin (didn't try other raster stores): The standard interpolation method choosen in the the drop down is ignored and it uses the interpolation method set in the Services-WMS menu. Is this on purpose?

Ah, that panel only affects WCS, does not have anything to do with WMS.
Controlling interpolation on a per layer basis in WMS... hmmm... would
not be easy if
there is more than one raster in the same map.

I guess it could be a new feature. It would require changes in the
GeoServer configuration,
GUI, rendering setup code, and Geotools rendering subsystem. It's
likely that it needs
funding to be implemented.
