Crs is 31467.
And geotiff plugin did not work.
I´m having .ecw Data too (and contacted Erdas in terms of licence (we have a normal Erdas licence) but did not get any response). So I´m wondering if it is possible to convert .ecw into .tif or something else. I will dicuss that with my collegue.
Thanks.
best regards

Hi Simone,
I´m answering your three questions:
- No I haven´t delete this crs information, there were no information. For
the whole gdal output I will have a look at my data tomorrow.
cool we will have to find out a proper crs.
2)What do you mean with “first file on the directories”? I have used first
one yet. Or do you mean I should use all first files? Yes the file names
(tk25, tk50,…) are related to the resolution.
I want to check the resolutions of the first file in each group
(besides the other interesting info we can get from gdalinf)
3)I will try it with geotiff plugin tomorrow but think that will fail like
you said (haven`t got a proper crs).
I think so.
Simone.
Thank you both Christian and Simone for your help!
best regards
Sarah
— answering to your two previous emails —
-1- From the gdalinfo output it looks like your file do not have a
proposer CRS, is this correct? I am referring to the sentence:
Coordinate system is ‘’
If you cut something out it would be great if you could put that back inOn the same line can you paste (use pastebin) the entire content of
the gdalinfo output?-2- Looking at the structure of your directory it looks to me that you
already have a layout which would be almost suitable for a pyramid.
Can you paste the gdalinfo output for the first file on the
directories? This way we could see if you are already working with a
suitable layout. My idea is based on the fact that you have names like
TK25, TK50, TK100, Tk200 which I suspect to be related to the
resolutions of the levels.
If this applies we can simply rename the directories and geoserver
2.0.2 should be be able to autoconfigure an imagepyramid.-3- I would suggest to try out with geotiff plugin not with
WorldImage, since geotiff will scream if you don’t have a proper crs
in your data.Simone.
