[Geoserver-users] Logging GeoServer 2.0.2

Hi list,

I'm wondering if it's possible to increase the size of the log file that GeoServer writes. It seems that the maximum size is 10 MB aprox. but I want to change it to be bigger. Is there any way I can do this?

Yes, the logging profiles you have on the user interface are actually names
of log4j configuration
files in $DATA_DIR/logs
Edit them, set a different rolling size, and save them.
Then either restart GeoServer, or change the logging profile to force
GeoServer to reload said
files
