http://mapbender.org is a pretty good one, based on php, and pretty
mature. http://openlayers.org is another javascripty one, though less
mature. There are a few more listed here:
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOSDOC/Clients Really anything that
supports WMS works, you can probably get some at http://maptools.org to
do what you like.
