[Geoserver-users] Publishing a WMTS with existing tiles

Hello. I am new to GeoServer and just recently installed 2.3.3 on a windows
server 08.

I have an existing OSMDroid set of tiles (256 x 256) that go from levels
0-21 with hundreds of millions of tiles (JPG). I want to publish the set as
a WMTS using GeoServer.

Can someone recommend a good series of steps to get it stood up? I saw the
post from 5 May 2011, but I need a little more instruction.
