I tried to perform a web service process (WPS) for any operation, but the links to download and work do not work, are there other repositories or does this solution have no solution?

You can access http://build.geoserver.org/geoserver/ (note, there was significant work done on the build server, and TLS is still being re-established) for now.
I’m not sure about geoscript, but perhaps https://github.com/geoscript/geoscript-py might be an alternative.
