Hello all,
Question regarding styling: we have polygon layers with marker fills. When using a margin (to add space between markers) it seems the marker is cut apart, with the bottom of the marker appearing at the top. I am attaching an example to hopefully make this clearer (image and SLD file), with one rule without margin (on the left, marker appears correctly) and the other with a margin of 5 (on the right, marker appears to be broken). Is this expected behavior?

this does not look like expected behavior to me… the fill is really just a repetition of a
static image that is being built based on the mark, using a 3x3 template to account
for eventual symbol self-overlap (due to antialisasing).
I guess the code is not working well for the triangle case. I cannot help further, but C2C
has plenty of Java developers, if you are one or can contact one, here is the area of code
where I’d start looking:
