Hi,
from yesterday we are not able to access to one of our instance. We get 500 error from getProjectConfig request. None has modified anything.
We are running lizmap 3.7 version with QGIS 3.34.
why did this happen? what can we do to solve it?
The log file doesn’t show anything useful
We also tried to rebuild a backup of the server but it didn’t work.

At every 500 error, you should have an error on the server side. First check which program is raising this 500 error ? is-it the web-server Nginx/Apache ? Or is-it Lizmap Web Client ? Maybe because QGIS server raised this 500 ?
According to your set-up in profiles.ini.php about errors and/or lizmap-admin.
So check webserver logs, Lizmap Web Client logs, QGIS Server logs, PostgreSQL logs…
By the way, why not migrating to 3.8 ? As 3.7 is EOL now.
I commented the ldap parameters in profiles.ini.php and the error disappeared, I don’t know what happen because we didn’t change it.
