Where o where can I get my fifo's from?
You must use the mknod command to create fifo's. Read the man page on mknod for
the correct usage. The fifo's should be created as pairs, i.e. fifo.1a,fifo.1b,
fifo.2a,fifo.2b, etc., in the dev directory.
