Hello fellow developers!
I need to do some Krieging interpolation, and for some reason I just don't really get R, so I'd like to convert s.surf.krieg to v.surf.krieg.
Does anyone have any hints or things to watch out before I embark on this journey? Is 5.3 the last version of GRASS that had s.surf.krieg?

Even if R is not your taste, please consider the gstat grass support; from
gstat 2.4.4 it supports GRASS 6 vectors. You build gstat against the GRASS
libraries, and run command line gstat from the GRASS prompt.
