Hi,
The menubar, toolbar and status bar in the existing GRASS GIS Manager is needed for my new GRASS GIS Manager.
So Can I copy the code from existing wxgui.py ?.
Is there any problem regarding author,license and copyright.
I don’t know much about these matter. If you know please help…

If code is on Gnu Public Licence - yes, but you must point it out in description and code when it comes from other work
I suggest you contact with Martin Landa directly and explain him what is your idea
