Hi all,
I was thinking to move files from 'general/g.region/cmd' to
'general/g.region'. It seems to me there is no reason to have 'cmd'

Agreed.
With CVS, moving files would have lost the history, but now we're
using SVN, there's no longer any reason to retain the "cmd" directory.
