[GRASS-dev] GCP Manager available as g.gui.gcp

Hi list.

It is possible to run GCP Manager as g.gui.gcp standalone module since
r57234. `make distclean` or `rm -r dist.../etc/gui/wxpython` is
needed. So far g.gui.gcp has no parameters but they can be added in
the future as an alternative to wizard.

I would like to remind power users about other wxGUI components
available through command line, just type `g.gui.` and press Tab, or
Ctrl+Space in GUI command console, to see available modules.
