#1007: WxGUI should provide visual feedback when adding new db column

When I add an new db column to vector map in Windows, it takes lot's of
time and doesn't provide any visual clue that process is ongoing.
WxGUI -> Select vector map -> Show attribute table -> Manage tables ->
Fill column name -> ADD. Does it work? Hello? Ahh - it works

+1 for providing a visual feedback. maybe for 6.4.1?
