The windows cygwin precompiled grass 6.x does not have the sqlite driver.
Since sqlite is THE choice for natural resource researchers who want to do
database operations without the tedium of other heavy applications like
postgreSQL and MySQL, please include it in the precompiled version on
cygwin.
