When switching back to 2D mode from 3D mode, the menubuttons for fly
through (airplane) and rotate scene (4 arrows in color) are not destroyed.
They end up on top of a 2D mode menubutton. Clicking the button mess
crashes the GUI.
This shows up on the Mac when using wxPython 3 and above.

This is fixed in v. 7.4 on up. I don't know if it has been backported to
7.2
