When the resolution of the current surface is increased (both in Coarse
Style and in Fine representations), the dimension of the surface is
progressively reduced. [[BR]]
The shrinking can be better evaluated by superimposing a vector map, as in
the attacched examples.[[BR]]

Example 1. Fine resolution =5[[BR]]

Comment:

Doesn't seem to get fixed for 6.4.0.

Must be some interesting resampling code. When resolution gets decreased,
borders are "floating" around instead of decreasing steady.
