We are happy to announce that participants may request a
partial travel grant which will be distributed by percentage of
the declared travel costs. For this we'll use the remaining
budget after having paid the costs for food and likewise.

Hi,
just a hint about a collaborative tool which has been really
useful at the Google summits- set up an EtherPad,
http://etherpad.osuosl.org
then throw that up on the projector, everyone connects to it with
their laptops and adds comments/bullet points as the discussion goes along. there's a legend on the right which shows which color text belongs to which author.
when the discussion is done the pad is saved and exported to
the wiki.
