[GRASS-dev] Re: Gm::errmsg not defined in lib/gtcltk/gronsole.tcl

I took out this error reporting message box. It is not needed and clearly
causes occasional problems.

Michael,

since I didn't see a change I guess so that it remains.
If you run a command (v.info somemap) and then, in the output
window click on the grey across (like rotated x) then
you should get the tcl error.

Markus,

Is this still a problem? I don't source gm.tcl in gronsole.tcl because
gronsole.tcl is called by gm.tcl. So there should be no need to source
gm.tcl.

I'm running this now in x11 with no problem at all. Gm::errmsg is only being
called in 2 places, neither critical I think. If this is a general problem,
I can just take it out.

Michael,

I am currently getting errors due to Gm::errmsg not defined in
lib/gtcltk/gronsole.tcl
(but used). Including
source $env(GISBASE)/etc/gm/gm.tcl

leads to an infinite loop... Maybe Gm::errmsg definition needs
to go into a different file?
