In my new work, i have to do one gis module about seismic risk
specific to urban pipelines (Bogotá Colombia)
I need support, programmes, training. I need to know the route: wath
to learn, i need support or one good programmer for work in Bogotá
Colombia.
My Chiefs say: Do that in ESRI, and i say it is posible in grass,
gvsig or other free gis software.
Is someone interested?
