Dear GRASS community,
Thank you for the nomination. I am a designer and scientist in academia, teaching in a landscape architecture program. For a decade, I have been teaching GRASS to creatives, publishing open educational materials, and making small contributions to the project including addons. GRASS has been growing so rapidly and I am very excited about its future. As a contributor, I plan to publish new tutorials, develop new tools, and help modernize colors and visualization. If elected to the PSC, I would advocate for educational initiatives, community engagement and events, improved documentation, mentorship for new developers, and the continued evolution of GRASS as an engine.
Best, Brendan
