What does it mean when it sais
Fallo de segmentación (core dumped)
once I run the v.digit command it makes a new map and then it shows this mistake please if some one could help me!..
i also tried to use r.to.vect but i got this message
r.to.vect
WARNING: coor files of vector ‘rasttovect@destimap’ is larger than it
should be (14 bytes excess).
WARNING: Cannot display areas, topology not available

It means that an error occurred while v.digit was running. Usually, after that error the vector map is not created correctly. That's why you get those other warnings below.
Maybe, someone in the list could help and you if you explain what you tried with v.digit.

use:
v.build map=mapname
then retry with v.digit over the same map....
