[GRASS5] 5.1: binary merging of 5.0 into 5.1

Hi,

a new Makefile target was added by Radim:

make binmix

Which merges many (most except s.* and mouse interactive modules) modules
from GRASS 5.0 into 5.1. No more tricks needed with paths and scripts.
