[GRASS5] convert_to_man.sh

Hi all,

I have problems with convert_to_man.sh on FreeBSD.
convert_to_man.sh uses "man" to format man file to cat.
However, FreeBSD's man can not do that.

I have no man page for now. :frowning:

Any other way to create cat files?

..and it this is very slow. I would be glad if someone could
improve convert_to_man.sh.
