[GRASS5] GRASS test suite with memory check support

Dear devs,
the grass test suite is now able to use valgrind for memory leak checking.
Memory leak checking is optional (flag -m).

If memory leak checking and html output is enabled, an additional link is added to the
summary html file for every module, pointing to a valgrind logfile.

The current output of the test suite with valgrind memory leak checking:
http://www-pool.math.tu-berlin.de/~soeren/grass/GRASS_TestSuite/html/Summary.html

The new test suite:
http://www-pool.math.tu-berlin.de/~soeren/grass/GRASS_TestSuite/GRASS_Testsuite-0.1.6.0.tar.gz
