routine. it appears in v.import.c, but i could not find its reference
in the GIS library chapter (GRASS 5.0 Programmer's Manual) nor in its
Appendix C.
Markus, already replied to this guy. And told him not to post to
grass-commit.
G__make_mapset_element is in src/libes/gis/mapset_msc.c for any who
care. There is no G_make_mapset_element that I could find.
