[GRASS5] nviz removal

Dear developers,
as we got no answers from the nviz authors,
we have to assume that we will not easily solve the license problem
and have to take action.

As it is illegal to use GRASS5 and nviz code together,
we will have to stop distribution nviz code.

As first step we will shut down the nviz part of the anonymous cvs server.
Then we have to remove it out of the source tarballs and out of the
binaries.

It is a sad situation, but we cannot be blamed for license of nviz.
Maybe demand for nviz will convince the authors in the long view
to make its license compatible with modern GRASS versions.

Hi Bernhard,

I've got a telephone call into them now. We'll see where it goes.
I'll post as soon as I hear back.

Helena told me that she and Bill are in a state of transition.
As the license of nviz predates the first real GRASS license (the GPL)
they need some time to think about what to do.
Furthermore she hopes to have a GRASS compliant nviz soon.
This is good news as we are now making some progress.

I wrote back and stressed the importance of the problem, because it is
illegal to use GRASS with nviz right now. That officially means that
we cannot distribute nviz binaries without violating the GRASS license.

We should give them some time to react and come clear on the nviz
license, though.
