[GRASSLIST:6542] v.in.ascii doesn't work

hello

I am using grass6

this command doesn't work:

cat TURK_HEY4 | v.in.ascii out=hey1 xcol=1 ycol=2 columns='x double , y
double , nakil int , il varchar(40) , ilce il varchar(40) \
koy il varchar(40)'

it gives :
Sorry, <xcol> is not a valid parameter
Sorry, <ycol> is not a valid parameter

the text file (TURK_HEY4) is in this format:
35.50456|37.59156 | 27 |adana | aladag | karahan
35.84032|37.91965 | 6 |adana | feke |
bagdatli

can you tell me what is wrong ?

Try x=1 y=2 etcc...., rather then xcol= etc...
