Progress Report for Week 12 (Aug 18 – Aug 24)

  • Added new functionality to geo/stac_converters.py and geo/nasa_umm_g_converter.py for enhanced geospatial data conversion.
  • Created geo/stac_converters_test.py and geo/nasa_umm_g_converter_test.py with unit tests to ensure reliability of the new converter logic.
  • Improved handling of geospatial formats and edge cases in the converters.
  • Validated the new converters with both sample and real geospatial datasets, confirming correct output.
