Hello pgRouting Community,

I am Mayur, an engineering student with a keen interest in open-source development. I have skills in C++ and am eager to apply them by contributing to pgRouting. As I prepare myself for GSoC 2026, I am excited to collaborate, learn, and grow with the community.

I would truly appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to get started with contributions. Looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing meaningfully to pgRouting.

Please read the timeline So we haven’t even started the next cycle.

But heads up is not bad:

You can find information of this year’s pgRouting participation in this GSoC-pgRouting wiki page.

You can find ideas on the GSoC ideas.

Note that some of the tasks for next year’s participation will change. But it’s not a bad idea to do the existing ones.
