Hello everyone,
This is my report for Week 4 of the GSoC coding period, in which I enlist the tasks I fulfilled during the week.
Any feedback, comments, and suggestions are welcome.
Weekly Report (June 23rd - June 29th)
I performed the following tasks during this week:

Completed the frontend implementation of the as_of user interface based on the finalized design approved during previous mentor discussions.

Integrated the UI components into the existing istSOS interface and ensured the workflow follows the proposed interaction model.

Backend integration is yet to connect the frontend with the corresponding as_of API endpoint will do after the meet next week based on the final as_of UI review.

Prepared the implementation for discussion during the mentor meeting before proceeding with backend integration and opening a pull request.

Continued extensive research on user interfaces for historical data exploration and temporal navigation to improve the design of the from_to functionality.

Explored multiple approaches for representing complete history navigation and compared their advantages with respect to usability and the project requirements.

Designed and iterated on several mockups for the from_to interface.

Refined the proposed designs and converged on two rather three promising UI approaches that will be reviewed with mentors before selecting the final implementation.

What do I plan to do next week?

Discuss the current as_of implementation with mentors and incorporate any feedback received during the meeting.

Connect the frontend with the backend endpoint and complete the as_of functionality.

Finalize the from_to mockup after mentor review and select the implementation approach.

Begin implementing the approved from_to user interface and workflow.
Am I blocked on anything?
- No, currently I do not have any blocking issues.
