Hello everyone,
My name is Saloni Kumari, and I’m currently a second-year B.Tech student at Polaris School of Technology, Bengaluru, India.
I’m thrilled to be selected as a GSoC 2025 contributor with the pgRouting project under OSGeo. My project focuses on implementing the Bandwidth algorithm from the Boost Graph Library. This aims to improve the handling of sparse graphs by optimizing vertex arrangements for better computational performance.
During the community bonding period, I’ve:
- Set up my OSGeo profile
- Added my project and repository details to the OSGeo Accepted Students 2025 page
- Reviewed the GSoC student guide and OSGeo contributor instructions
I’m really excited about working with the community and contributing to open-source geospatial tools. Looking forward to learning, collaborating, and building something meaningful this summer!
