[Hosting] Network outage 08-21-2025

Hi All,

We apologize for an unplanned 10-minute network outage earlier today. We understand this caused inconvenience and regret the disruption.

The outage occurred during a planned migration of our spine switches to newer hardware, a necessary step for our upcoming data center move. Unfortunately, the failover process did not work as expected, leading to unexpected downtime. We apologize for not sending a prior notification. While we attempted a single-switch migration, it did not go as smoothly as anticipated. Despite the initial challenges, we have successfully completed the migration and are now operating on the new switch hardware.
