Importing mailing lists during March 14-16

During the course of today and weekend, several mailing lists will be imported to discourse.

During import, discourse does not deliver emails.
Expected processing time per mailing list depends on the size of the mailing list:

Can be from 30 mins to 3 hours

Work on ticket #3320 is taking place.

During import of grass-user, discourse does not deliver emails.

This is a very large list, therefore expected duration of discourse not delivering emails is about 3 hours.
