Info about mail server change

Hello all

This is the mail content I want to spread out to the different communication means we have about expected downtime of the mail server.
I think I am exaggerating the downtime, but its better to have it up and running within the mentioned time frame than to put a lower number and have to fix last minute issues and take more time than advertised.
the mail content would be

SAC is moving the mail server to a new machine.

per ticket #3395 Containerize osgeo6 on osgeo9

The movement is planned for Sept 20 at 4AM UTC. (For UTC-X it is Sept 19)

Expected downtime 30 to 40 minutes.

Note that: probably mails will be lost

The current total mails on the queue are: 198
It fluctuates between 190 and 220

Regards

Vicky Vergara from SAC

Thanks Vicky. I would not keep "(For UTC-X it is Sept 19)". The
begin and end times are clear and unambiguous.
