Installing QGIS for Intel Macs with Sequoia

I have an iMacPro 3.2 GHz Intel Xeon W 8-core Intel with Mac OS Sequoia and I need to install QGIS. Which version is best? Thanks

Since the brew cask formulae is outdated, the best way is to install the QGIS LTS version via MacPorts. Follow the instructions for “QGIS versions for macOS” at Download · QGIS Web Site.

Not a mac user, but the installation guide, https://qgis.org/resources/installation-guide/ , has Mac details
