Introducing Myself for GSoC 2026 – Shubh

Hi everyone, I’m Shubh. I’m excited about contributing to pgRouting for GSoC 2026. I work mainly with C++ and low-level programming, and I really enjoy building and optimizing algorithms. I’ve started going through the pgRouting codebase and previous GSoC projects, and my plan is to begin with some beginner-friendly issues so I can get comfortable with the workflow.

I’m especially interested in improving existing algorithms, boosting performance, and helping enhance the testing and documentation. If you have suggestions on where a new contributor should start or areas that currently need help, I’d love to hear them.

Looking forward to learning from everyone and contributing to the project!

Welcome shubh

It’s still a work in progress but should be enough to give you an idea of what is expected.
