What do you want to learn / contribute

I’d like to share DeepPVMapper with the OSGeo community, connect with potential contributors, and explore synergies with existing geospatial open-source projects, particularly around aerial imagery processing and collaborative mapping.

It’s too late for this year for google summer of code. I assume you are planning for 2027?

If so which project groups are you interested in being a google summer of code participant for?
Take a look at the projects that have shown interest in GSOC 2026 - Google Summer of Code 2026 Ideas - OSGeo I expect those will also participate in 2027 and might have some open ideas.

I should also add that GRASS is a project both under OSGeo and NumFocus.

They do their Google summer of code via NumFocus gsoc/2026/ideas-list.md at master · numfocus/gsoc · GitHub, but their development forum is here - GRASS developer - OSGeo Discourse

Thanks for the info! I should clarify. I’m not looking to participate in Google Summer of Code. I’m here to share DeepPVMapper, an open-source rooftop PV mapping tool, and connect with the OSGeo community around it.

Apologies, I’m not sure where I read that. I might have been looking at another introduction and replied to here by accident.
