Hello everyone, I’m Hector Ha. I am a recent grad with working experience in UI/UX design. I am somewhat proficient in TS/JS, Python, and designing. I am writing to express my strong interest in contributing to istSOS under the OSGeo umbrella for Google Summer of Code and to involve long after the program ends.
What do you want to learn / contribute
After going through several codebases and ideas, the codebase I am most interested in currently is istSOS. I figured out that the v4 has been planned to be finished in 2025, and I would love to help push it across the finish line. As a GSoC participant, I am interested in Idea 3: Time-Travel Data Access and Versioning UI for istSOS and am crafting a proposal as well as sketching some wireframes of it. I would love to get connected with the mentor and maintainer who would be in charge of this to exchange several ideas.
